Terms of Use

Pump Pilot Club is informational software. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Machine-learning outputs and alerts can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose all value.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to Pump Pilot Club's website, web app, Chrome extension, Solana Seeker app, APIs, alerts, data displays, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational Service Only
Pump Pilot analyzes public market and blockchain information and presents alerts, scores, summaries, model outputs, and historical reviews. The Service does not act as a broker, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to acquire, sell, or hold an asset.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying contract addresses, prices, liquidity, market conditions, legal restrictions, tax consequences, and any other information relevant to your decisions. Past results and public reviews do not guarantee future performance.
2. Eligibility and Legal Use
You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms and your use is permitted where you live. You are responsible for following all laws, rules, sanctions, and platform requirements that apply to you. Do not use the Service where access to digital-asset or prediction-market information is prohibited.
3. Wallet Connection and Signatures
Wallet connection is optional. Pump Pilot may ask your wallet to sign a one-time plain-text message to prove control of a public address. That authentication signature is not a transaction and does not authorize Pump Pilot to move funds. Pump Pilot will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
You are responsible for the security of your device, wallet, recovery phrase, signing keys, and any third-party wallet software. Review every wallet prompt before approving it. If a prompt appears to authorize a transaction when you expected only sign-in, reject it and contact us.
4. PPC Membership Access
Some features are unlocked by verified PPC holdings. Access thresholds, feature availability, and membership labels may change as the Service evolves. Holding PPC does not create ownership, equity, profit-sharing, governance, employment, or any guaranteed right to continued access. Blockchain confirmations, RPC outages, wallet-session expiration, and balance changes can temporarily affect tier verification.
5. Notifications and Data Timing
Alerts and notifications are best-effort. They can arrive late, be duplicated, be withheld by device or browser settings, or fail during network, provider, infrastructure, or device outages. Market data may be stale, incomplete, incorrectly attributed, or unavailable. Never rely on a notification as the only source of time-sensitive information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with, overload, scrape beyond published interfaces, probe, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, deceive others, manipulate markets, or facilitate abusive activity;
- misrepresent Pump Pilot outputs as guaranteed, independently verified financial advice, or an endorsement by Pump Pilot;
- resell, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service or its proprietary presentation without permission; or
- attempt to obtain source code, credentials, private infrastructure, or non-public data except where applicable law expressly permits it.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service relies on and links to third-party blockchains, wallets, exchanges, market-data providers, websites, and infrastructure. Pump Pilot does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, terms, fees, or conduct. Opening a third-party link or connecting a wallet is your decision and may be governed by separate terms.
8. Intellectual Property and Limited License
Pump Pilot's software, branding, layouts, text, graphics, model presentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Pump Pilot grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Public blockchain facts and third-party content remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
9. Availability, Changes, and Termination
The Service may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any score, alert, model output, market record, review, contract address, or third-party data is complete, timely, or correct.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pump Pilot Club and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, digital-asset losses, or losses caused by reliance on the Service, third-party services, outages, security incidents, or unauthorized wallet activity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
